What We Offer
Time and money are the two biggest burdens when it comes to personal fitness. Hit Hard disregards these hassles by offering affordable 1 on 1 personal training, with focuses in specific workouts and muscles to meet your satisfaction and beyond. With our hours being 9am - 9pm, seven days a week, most members are able to train around their daily schedules. But, Hit Hard allows it's members to train outside normal hours as long as they contact a coach ahead of time. We also offer online classes and home workouts, along with the new addition of a Hit Hard Mobile App coming soon! The main focus and fight for Hit Hard and it's coaches is to make you the best version of YOU. We will be there to help you reach your goals weather it is to lose weight, gain muscle, become elite in a preffered sport or just join a positive and healthy community.
